    LANVis Managed Cloud Backup Order Form 'Basic Package'
    Great Choice! Here's the way the next steps will work.

    Step 1: We will need to confirm some things, which we have listed below.
    Step 2: We will review the info you have provided and get in touch with you shortly to run through the types and amounts of files you will be backing up, and the retention period you'd like to see.
    Step 3: If all goes well and you'd like to proceed, we will issue an invoice and arrange payment.

    What subscription model are you choosing?
    With either choice, a one time setup fee will be charged that covers remote installation of the client on the machine you'd like to backup. We will also work with you to choose the files to be backed up, scheduling, etc.

    Payment
    Our managed backup is a subscription model, requiring billing to occur either monthly or yearly. VISA or Mastercard are the default payment options. Existing clients can take advantage of existing terms they may have with us.

    Disclaimers:
    In most cases, we will be able to securely connect to your computer to troubleshoot the issues you are having. In preparation for this, you can pre-install our remote LANVis admin tool.
    Our standard remote support starts at $100/hr, with a half hour minimum. For any support that we feel will take longer than 1 hour, a time estimate will be provided before any work is started.
